- No purchase or fee is required to enter. By entering the competition, you accept these terms and conditions.
- Entry and closing dates for each note is displayed on the "history" section of the winning note. Closing time is taken at midnight of that day.
- Entry is through the note entry pages of the cashtrack.co.nz's website. Winners will be notified by email. Where a note is entered under a guest account, Cashtrack.co.nz will allow an immediate Registration and re-entry of note.
- Each serial number can be won once only during the specified time period. All other subsequent entries of the same note are not eligible for the prize payment.
- Prizes can't be exchanged for other property and payment will be made by cheque or Direct Credit into a bank account of the winner's choice.
- Users determined to be "phishing" or randomly entering notes in order to win will have their account suspended, if applicable, and will forfeit their winnings. In the case of a large number of entries, the winner may be required to produce a copy of the winning note to prove authenticity.
- Employees of cashtrack.co.nz, service suppliers and their immediate families are not eligible to win any prizes.
- Cashtrack.co.nz reserves the right to use the winner's name and photo for promotional purposes.
- Each winner acknowledges that cashtrack.co.nz accepts no responsibility or liability for any harm, damage or illness or injury, which may occur as a result of the winner winning the prizes. Each winner shall accept and use the prizes at their own risk.
- In the event of any dispute, the Director of cashtrack.co.nz shall make a final and binding determination.
